The package includes:

１.Accommodation:

Fu-Shan 1 night (2people 1bed, 4people 1room)

If there are odd numbers of people in the trip, we will make plans for their stay according to their preference.

２.Meals:

First day lunch (Hunter’s lunchbox), dinner (Bon-fire dinner)

Second day breakfast (breakfast with Haru), lunch (Fu-Shan’s local cuisine)

３.Activities:

＊Cut off bamboo, handcraft bamboo bowl and cup

Precautions:

1、The Tranan area has a beautiful environment, please keep it that way

2、Please wear clothes that are easy to move in and shoes that are not slippery

3、One of the activities requires to be in the mountains for more than 2 hours, so please make sure that water is enough and that mosquitos won’t ruin your day.

4、For the safety of our customers, if the weather is bad, the organizer have the right to change the places and time of activities.

5、If for any weather reasons, not enough members, or troubles in the Tribe, the organizer have the right to hold or cancel the trip.
If there are not enough members to make the trip, the organizer will send out a notification no later than 7 days before the trip’s starting date. For the ones that had already paid for the trip can reschedule for another date or simply receive a full refund.

6、Cancellation on the day of departure, late on setout time, leaving the trip for personal reasons, or didn’t notify the organizer about cancellation with not receive refunds. Spots can be transferred to another person.

7、Please bring your own camera, hat, raincoats, towels, toiletries, and personal medications.

Note:

If the trip is not able to form, we will send out a notification 7 days before departure, and send out refunds using the original payment method.

Cancellation Terms：
◎Over 31 days prior to the start of schedule tour, forfeit 10% of total fee.
◎Over 21 days prior to the start of schedule tour, forfeit 20% of total fee.
◎Under 20 days prior to the start of schedule tour, forfeit 30% of total fee.
◎1 day prior to the start of schedule tour, forfeit 50% of total fee
◎On the scheduled day and later, forfeit 100% of total fee
